On December 7, 2022, in the office of ALLWE, the company management met with the representative of the Central Bank of the Republic of Cuba - its Vice-President Yamile Berra Cires and Director General of BICSA Suleidy Tosca Arencibia, who - pursuant to decisions of the meeting of the Russian-Cuban Intergovernmental Commission and the subsequent meeting between the Presidents of our countries V.Putin and M. Diaz-Canel - are in Moscow as a government delegation to discuss and adopt practical measures on the whole range of relations between the two friendly countries.

The talks analysed a wide range of problems in commercial relations between ALLWE and its partners in Cuba, with particular attention paid to the forms and methods of mutual settlements for the products supplied and the financing of joint Russian-Cuban projects.

The Cuban side informed the company's management of the progress of negotiations with representatives of the Russian financial authorities, stressing, in particular, the introduction of Russian bank cards "Mir" on the island and the prospects of switching to mutual settlements in roubles between the enterprises of both countries.

The management of ALLWE, a company that has been operating in the Cuban market for more than 15 years, has a number of practical proposals that can be submitted for analysis and participation in the financial meeting. The proposals were accepted with interest and gratitude for further discussion at governmental level.

From November 22 to 24, 2022, the traditional international trade fair for the automotive industry Automechanika 2022 was held in Dubai, UAE. The exhibition takes place in various regions of the world and gathers all interested suppliers, consumers and customers to address current issues in the automotive industry. Exhibition in Dubai this year was visited by more than 43 000 participants from 53 countries.

ALLWE representatives held a series of negotiations with key companies with which ALLWE already has contracts, as well as new potential partners. The parties discussed the topical issues of supplying auto parts, fuels and lubricants, auto components, equipment and goods for car maintenance.

From November 14 to 18, 2022, the traditional International Trade and Industrial Exhibition FIHAV-2022 is taking place in Havana, Cuba, with the participation of many companies from Latin America, Europe and Asia. The Government of Moscow participates from Russia, and commercial enterprises from different regions of the country are represented at the stand of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The ALLWE Representative Office in Havana received an invitation to visit the exhibition from the Russian Embassy in Cuba, and the company's Representative Silvino Rodriguez and his wife were invited to a reception at the Embassy on the occasion of Russia Day, which was celebrated at the exhibition on Monday on the opening day.

On the same day, the Russian stands were visited by Miguel Diaz Canel, President of the Republic and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz, Minister of Foreign Trade, Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister of Cuba. The leaders of the country were accompanied by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Cuba, the guests were met by the General Director of the CN CEPLA T.N. Mashkova on behalf of the Russian side. The Russian part of the exhibition also arouses the increased interest of the Cuban leadership by the fact that the visit of the Cuban President to our country is planned in the coming days.

Many Cuban partners and customers of ALL WE participated in the exhibition. Of particular interest to us is the KUBAGRO stand, to which the company supplied, commissioned with the training of Cuban personnel furnaces for the production of charcoal. Our partner's experiment using Russian technologies for processing the marabou shrub, which is widespread on the island and harmful to the soil, into a product in demand on the domestic and foreign markets, turned out to be quite successful – smokeless, light, high calorific value coal is in high demand and, according to consumers, is the best among similar products today.

Russian artists participate in the cultural program of the exhibition and Russian films are shown in the cinemas of the capital.

Representatives of ALLWE took part in the exhibition of agricultural machinery and equipment AGROSALON 2022, which was held in Moscow on October 4-7, 2022 at the Crocus Expo IEC. In three spacious halls, agricultural machines for various purposes and spare parts of Russian and foreign manufacturers were presented.

ALLWE specialists visited the stands of spare parts manufacturers from India and China. During the talks, ways of developing bilateral relations in the field of supply of spare parts were discussed, taking into account the seasonal operation of agricultural machinery and some others features.

An agreement was reached with the Chinese company COMBINE on providing special prices for consumables for agricultural machinery of the John Deere, Claas, CASE, HARVESTER brands, which will reduce prices for customers by 10-15%.

Foreign colleagues expressed their interest in cooperation with ALLWE, emphasizing the experience and professionalism of the company in both technical and foreign economic fields.

On 23 September 2022 Eng. Abdelhakim Gamal Abdel Nasser, son of Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser, hero of the USSR, accompanied by Shadi El-Shafie, Vice President of Egyptian Company Space Application & Remote Sensing, visited ALLWE's office.

The parties discussed multi-vector cooperation in a number of high-tech industries of Russia and Egypt, supplies of Russian-made equipment for Egyptian aviation, participation in investment projects and development of mutual trade turnover.

Eng. Hakim Abdel Nasser said Egypt intends to actively develop cooperation and consider opportunities for Egyptian companies to replace those that have left Russian markets, and assured that Egypt is increasing export and import volumes in many strategic areas with Russia, confirming its intention to further develop friendly relations in many fields, including tourism, science and art.

On September 12, 2022, negotiations were held at the ALLWE office with the leadership of the Cuban company Gaviota, the largest tour operator in Latin America. The corporation manages more than half of the hotels on the island, owned by the Cuban government, transport organizations, retail chains aimed at foreign tourists, and other elements of the Cuban tourism industry. The meeting took place within the framework of a visit to the Russian Federation of a delegation headed by the Minister of Tourism of Cuba.

The guests of the company informed the management of ALLWE about the turn of Cuban tourist organizations towards Russia. Cuba is interested in Russian tourists and, together with Russian organizations, has done a lot of work to resume air traffic with the island. Regular flights of Russian companies will begin on October 1 – 4 flights a week to Varadero and Cayo Coco. The flights will be operated by Nordwind on a Boeing 777. Other Russian airlines are also planning to resume flights to Cuba in the near future.

The Cuban tour operator is interested in maintaining and developing the tourism infrastructure. The negotiations discussed the possibilities for large and sustainable supply of products and materials for its successful operation and the provision of services at the highest level.

The next day, representatives and management of ALLWE visited the Cuban stand at the International Forum-Exhibition on Tourism "LEISURE 2022".

On August 30, 2022 within the framework of participation in the renowned international exhibition MIMS Automobility Moscow 2022, the Turkish Yerlog Group visited the office of ALLWE. The meeting was attended by Ibrahim Hamdi Effe Effe, CEO of YERLOG, and Nizami Uzdenova, director of the Moscow office.

The parties discussed the needs of Russia and Turkey in the supply of equipment and spare parts in the field of passenger cars, trucks and specialized construction machinery, the prospects of trade relations and changes in global logistics maps.

As a result of the talks, the parties decided to expand cooperation in different areas in transport and science-intensive industries and logistics.

On August 24, 2022 within the framework of participation in the renowned international exhibition MIMS Automobility Moscow 2022 Soylu Group company owner Salil Soyluk and Executive Director Mustafa Aybat visited the ALLWE’s office.

The parties discussed the current needs of the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation in the field of export/import of equipment and spare parts for land transport, infrastructure and high-tech industries.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided to jointly participate in investment projects to expand trade and economic cooperation between Turkey and Russia as well as cooperation in the field of logistics to expand the range of export and import supplies.

Representatives of ALLWE Company took part in the main exhibition of automobile spare parts and automotive components in Russia MIMS automotive Moscow, which was held in Moscow at Expocentre Fairgrounds from August 22 to 25.

Three spacious pavilions have accommodated more than 500 stands of Russian and Foreign manufacturers and suppliers of original and non-original spare parts for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks and buses. The exhibition was attended by representatives of Belarus, Belgium, Hungary, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Russia.

During the visit to the exhibition, ALLWE specialists held a number of meetings and negotiations at which issues of bilateral cooperation in the current economic situation were discussed. Taking into account the possibilities of parallel import, agreements were reached on the conclusion of a number of contracts for the supply of original spare parts for Mercedes-Benz, Ford, VW and a number of other European and Japanese brands, as well as spare parts for BOSCH and DELPHI fuel systems, MAHLE engine parts, GATES drive belts, SKF bearings.

At the round tables held by the organizer, topical and popular topics of industry development in crisis were discussed.

The participants of the exhibition showed great interest in cooperation with ALLWE, which has extensive experience in the supply of not only original spare parts but also spare parts for the secondary market. It was noted that ALLWE's vast foreign trade experience will be indispensable in promoting new brands on the Russian market.

On August 12, 2022 Shadi El-Shafie, Vice President of the Egyptian Company of Space Application and Remote Sensing, paid a working visit to the office ALLWE.

During the talks the parties paid special attention to the development of trade and economic cooperation at a time of unprecedented transformation of the global economy and import structure of the Russian Federation. The sides discussed export and import of hi-tech and FMCG products, receipt of samples and trial batches.

The parties agreed to expand the range of products for export and import, as well as plans and prospects in opening an Egyptian trading house for the development of import and export between commercial structures of the Russian Federation and Arab Republic of Egypt.

Representatives of the ALLWE company took part in the Chinese Car Festival, which took place on August 5 and 6, 2022 in Moscow at the Avilon dealership. The opportunity to immediately evaluate such an extensive model range does not appear often. More than 20 car models of six popular Chinese brands were presented at the open site: Geely, Chery, FAW, EXEED, Changan, Haval.

Representatives of the ALLWE company discussed with Avilon specialists the stability of car supplies in the current economic situation, the specifics of the operation of the presented cars and the prospects for sales growth in Russia.

Special attention was paid to the issues of commercial operation of the presented brands, warranty and post-warranty service, availability of spare parts.

On July 12, 2022, at the invitation of Mir Business Bank, the management of ALLWE attended an event dedicated to the opening of Mir Business Club. It was created by Mir Business Bank JSC under the auspices of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in order to exchange economic information, marketing and legal support for business relations between partners of the two countries, to promote the development of credit, financial and logistics operations between Russia and Iran.

The opening ceremony was attended by officials and business people of the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Iranian side was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Russia Kazem Jalali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Melli Iran Farzin Mohhamad Reza, Managing Director of Mir Business Bank JSC Khazzar Mohammad Esmail, directors of major Iranian companies — clients of Mir Business Bank. From the Russian side — representatives of business circles and business associations, as well as representatives of the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

During the event, B.I. Skripnik shared with the participants of the event the opinion that the Club will become another link in the business communication between Russia and Iran, that its work will contribute to the creation of a favorable business environment and the development of economic relations between our countries.

On June 7, 2022, ALLWE President B.I. Skripnik was invited to the Russia-China round table. Prospects and ways of developing relations in the field of agriculture 2022", organized by the Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Office of the Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs and the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace and Development Committee. The event was held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The participants of the round table noted that in recent years China has been actively increasing imports of agricultural products, including for replenishment of strategic reserves. In the conditions of the changed international situation and current restrictions in the banking and logistics spheres, the turn of Russian exports to the East is an important factor in the development of the Russian agro-industrial complex for the next decades.

The event marked ALLWE's 30-year contribution to the development of trade cooperation with Asian countries and the increase in Russian exports of high-tech equipment. ALLWE, represented by B.I. Skripnik, was awarded the "Business Success - 2022" award.

Representatives of ALLWE took part in the largest exhibition of the automotive spare parts and specialized equipment industry "Automechanika 2022", which was held on June 1-5, 2022 at the Tuyap Exhibition and Congress Center on the coast of the Marmara Sea in Istanbul, the Republic of Turkiye.

The huge exposition of the exhibition included 14 spacious halls on the subject and geography of exhibitors: spare parts for cars and trucks, construction and agricultural machinery, special vehicles, as well as manufacturers of technical oils and diagnostic equipment for car services.

More than 30 countries took part in the exhibition including Turkey, India, South Korea, Pakistan, China and the EU countries of Western and Eastern Europe, which attracted more than 200 thousand visitors.

Representatives of the ALLWE company held negotiations with many exhibitors. agreed on cooperation in many areas of their detail in the field of high technologies and transport. The participants highly appreciated the company's 30-year contribution to promoting the ALLWE philosophy of quality satisfaction of demand and the uniqueness of logistics solutions in more than 40 countries around the world. They expressed desire to cooperate in many areas of the automotive industry.

With the support of the Embassy of Iraq in Moscow, Alexander A. Knyazev, Chief Negotiations Officer and Andrei V. Pozdniakov, Head of Foreign Trade Department in charge of the Middle East and North Africa, as part of the ALLWE group of experts, visited the International Defense Exhibition IQDEX-2022, which was held in Baghdad from March 2 to March 5 of this year.

During the Expo and outside of its events, ALLWE officials met with the Director General of Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Trade of Iraq, Mr. Adel Al-Masuoodi, as well as with the representatives of Iraqi business circles and foreign exhibitors on the issues of bilateral interest.

Our delegation provided its foreign colleagues with detailed information on the ALLWE areas of activity, financial mechanisms for transactions and logistics chains that allow for uninterrupted supplies of high-tech products from Russia for the needs of overseas enterprises.

On February 25, 2022, there were negotiations held at the ALLWE office with representative of the Venezuelan state company CORPVENCA Corporacion Venezolana de Carne president, C.A. Mr Juan Ramos. On negotiations agenda was the supply of basic food products for retail chains in this South American country.

On February 21, 2022, at the invitation of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, ALLWE took part in a solemn event dedicated to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Congress.

During the event, the participants noted the Congress great contribution and its active members to the consolidation of entrepreneurs, national public organizations and business circles in creating the best conditions for the growth of economic and commercial activities, expanding international relations.

At the end of the celebration, ALLWE was awarded for the contribution in the Congress activities and to international economic cooperation.

On February 16, 2022, at the invitation of Bogdan I. Skripnik, ALLWE President, the company office was visited by the Commercial Attache of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Moscow, Mr. Al-Farhani Liwa Hammady.

Mr. Liwa thanked the head of ALLWE for the invitation to visit the company office and expressed the hope that such contacts with the Iraqi Embassy would now continue on an ongoing basis.

During the talks, the parties touched upon the development of bilateral relations of mutual interest, paying special attention to specific areas of trade cooperation with the participation of ALLWE.

The question was also raised about the upcoming participation of company delegation in the International Defense Exhibition IQDEX-2022, which will be held in Baghdad from March 2 to 5 of this year.

On February 15, 2022, there was a meeting held in the company building with representatives of the Egyptian transport company Marine & Engineering Services Co. (MESCO) submitted by commercial director Walid Attiyah and general manager Ahmed Abd El-Hamid.

During negotiations, Egyptian representatives touched upon the issues of multimodal logistics to Latin American countries, possible cooperation and partnership in various areas of the company's activities: wastewater treatment plants, equipment for the electric power industry, maritime transport, modernization of the seaport, and oil fields equipment.
