Conferences "Arctic shelf development: step by step"
On November 16-17, 2021, ALLWE took part in the 13th International Conference "Arctic Shelf Development: Step by Step", organized by «Murmanshelf» Association under support of the Murmansk Region Government. More than 110 Russian and foreign enterprises took part in the event, including «Gazprom», «Gazprom Neft», «Atomflot», Association of the Oil and Gas Industry «PetroArctic» (Norway) and many others.
Participants discussed the following topics: Arctic shelf of Russia: current condition, problems and prospects for the development of oil and gas resources; development of alternative energy; international cooperation of the partner countries in the Arctic region.
Within the framework of foreign economic activities and meeting the interests of Russian and foreign partners, ALLWE takes an active part in the development of the Arctic territories, where up to 20% of oil and more than half of domestic gas reserves, deposits of rare metals, gold, coal and other minerals are concentrated .
As a member of «Murmanshelf» Association, ALLWE uses capabilities of the organization to offer the most profitable, modern and technological solutions in the spheres of oil and gas, nuclear industries to its partners in various regions of the world.

Meeting with the management of the Stankoinstrument Association
At the invitation of ALLWE President B.I. Skripnik, on November 12, 2021, a meeting was held at the company's office with President G.V. Samodurov and Director of the Department G.E. Strunin of the Association of Manufacturers of Machine Tool Products "STANKOINSTUMENT".
During the meeting, G.V. Samodurov spoke about the formation and development of the Association, its members and contribution to the development of the industry in Russia, as well as the difficulties encountered in connection with the pandemic in promoting machine tool products to foreign markets. ALLWE President B.I. Skripnik shared his experience of direct assistance in realizing the export potential of Russian manufacturing enterprises, providing support in supporting the life cycle of the entire project, developing interaction with potential partners abroad.
We agreed that ALLWE will support and facilitate the output of the products of the manufacturers of the Association "Stankoinstument" to the markets in the regions of the Middle East, South-East Africa and Latin America.
President of the Association G.V. Samodurov invited ALLWE to become a member of the STANKOINSTRUMENT Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers, as a company that, over 30 years of history, has made a significant contribution to the development of Russian industrial enterprises by increasing their export opportunities.

Visit of the Chinese company Honghua International Co., LTD
On October 20, 2021, the General Director in the Russian Federation and the CIS of the Chinese company Honghua International Co., LTD Casic Honghua Group Mr. Yan Bin, visited the company with delegation.
During the meeting, representatives of Honghua International Co., LTD Casic Honghua Group provided information about advantages of their company in the supply of oil and gas equipment and high-tech products from China to the CIS, African and Asian countries, as well as the products of their partners. In turn, President of ALLWE Mr. B.I. Skripnik presented the opportunities and achievements in the supply of high-tech products of Russian and foreign production, as well as the opportunities for the company to participate in complex innovative investment projects around the world.
The parties discussed issues of priority projects in the field of energy, supplies of oil and gas equipment, as well as other important and significant projects. Particular attention was paid to procurement of drilling rigs by ALLWE, terms of delivery and after sales maintenance. Also parties discussed joint work in projects for the supply of energy resources, which are very important for the development of the Russian-Chinese industry and the extension of trade and economic relations between our countries.

Second Forum of Entrepreneurs Russia-Venezuela
On October 13, 2021, a meeting of Russian and Venezuelan entrepreneurs, representing both state and private commercial structures of both countries, took place at the Moscow Intercontinental Hotel.
The representative meeting was attended by Carlos Faria Tortosa - Ambassador to Russia and Sergey Melik-Bagdasarov - Russian Ambassador to Venezuela, as well as representatives and heads of interested Ministries, Departments and Financial organizations of both sides.
The Venezuelan side presented in detail the current investment opportunities of the country and expressed a desire to develop cooperation at a modern level. A small exhibition of Venezuelan export products was demonstrated to Russian partners, as well as a tasting of traditional food products.
The second part of the forum was devoted to meetings of B2B entrepreneurs and a round table on logistics.
ALLWE has established contacts with specialized companies, cooperation with which promises to be interesting for both parties.
The forum was closed with the final speeches of T.N. Mashkova, CEO of National Committee for the Promotion of Economic Cooperation with Latin American Countries, and Mr. Guillermo Lara, President of the Bank for Foreign Trade of Vanesuela.

Delegation of the Foreign Trade Association Technoimport, Cuba
On September 23, 2021, meeting were held in Moscow between ALLWE and a delegation of the Cuban company Technoimport headed by General Director Heriberto Sanchez Alleine. On behalf of ALLWE, President B.I. Skripnik and the heads of the company's departments took part.
The parties came to the conclusion that it is necessary to maintain and develop, despite the difficult conditions of international trade due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the traditional areas of cooperation that have developed over more than 15 years of commercial relations. As well as the financial and commercial capabilities of both organizations provide a basis for the development and deepen mutually beneficial relations in various areas of cooperation in 2022. Discussion and analysis of current issues on the implementation of existing contracts took place.
At the end of the negotiations, a Protocol with the decisions and results of the meeting were signed.

International Aviation and Space Salon – 2021
On July 20-25, 2021, the XV International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2021 was held. The salon has confirmed the status of the largest business event: the volume of contracts and agreements of intent has reached 265 billion rubles. For six days, the event was attended by more than 135 thousand participants and guests. The work of MAKS-2021 was opened by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
Our partners from the Czech Republic, Egypt, India, the Philippines, Belarus and Kazakhstan arrived as part of the delegations that visit Moscow for one of the largest events of aviation. Representatives of ALLWE held negotiations both at the MAKS exhibition site and in the company's office, where they discussed the issues of current supplies of aviation equipment and components, as well as other ALLWE opportunities in advanced Russian technologies in mechanical engineering, energy, airport security and shipbuilding.
In order to meet the foreign partners requirements for high quality and delivery times of the requested products, the ALLWE management held a number of negotiations with the largest Russian manufacturers, such as KNPP "Helicopters-MI", LLC "Aviahelp", JSC "Azimut", JSC "Sarapul Electric Generator Plant", JSC “United Engine Corporation” and others. At the talks, the aspiration of Russian manufacturers to increase supplies and expand the presence of Russian products in the regions of the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America was noted.
As a result, several contracts were signed for the maintenance and servicing of existing Russian and foreign production aircraft, as well as two memorandums of cooperation, where directions for expanding cooperation with each company were recorded.

Meeting with management of the Association of Economic Cooperation with African States
On June 17, 2021, in the office of ALLWE, a meeting was held with the Executive Director of The Association of Economic Cooperation with African States (AECAS) A. Belyaeva and Head of the Economic Section A. Albeschenko.
During negotiations parties touched upon current development of bilateral trade and economic relations between the Russian Federation and the African Union in various industrial sectors, expansion of the range of export supplies of high-tech products of Russian production, approaches to increasing the level of demand for Russian technologies and innovative projects. They discussed topics related to overcoming crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic problem of the underdevelopment of infrastructure in the overwhelming countries of Africa.
The parties agreed in the long term to hold consultations on approaches to building not only bilateral relations, but also expanding presence of Russian-African partnership in the region through active participation in innovative projects of third friendly countries. Following the meeting they agreed on the joint promotion of Russian projects in the African Union countries on mutually beneficial terms, and also to consider possibility of the company ALLWE joining the association.

Meeting with the leadership of the Russian-Mongolian Friendship Society
On June 15, 2021 representatives of the Russian-Mongolian Friendship Society visited the ALLWE’s office. The meeting was attended by President of the company B. I. Skripnik, President of the society V. A. Babushkin, Vice-President V. I. Khalanov.
The parties discussed the history of friendship between Russia and Mongolia during the 20-21 centuries and current development of bilateral economic relations between the two neighboring countries in various fields of industry and agriculture. They also touched upon current needs for the supply of innovative high-tech products to Mongolia of Russian production, aviation technical property and other equipment for a wide range of its industrial applications for mining. We discussed topics related to overcoming crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic and other problems.
As a result of the meeting parties agreed to jointly promote Russian projects to Mongolia on mutually beneficial terms to strengthen Russian-Mongolian friendship and expand trade and economic cooperation in a number of areas.
At the end of the meeting V. A. Babushkin presented a commemorative sign of the Society to Skripnik B.I. and invited ALLWE to become a member of the Russian-Mongolian Friendship Society to further strengthen and effectively develop partnership relations between the two countries.

Meeting with a representative of Horizont Holding in Russia
On June 15, 2021, at ALLWE’s office of, a meeting was held with the General Director of JSC "Management Company of the Holding" HORIZON "(Belarus) in Russia S.V. Lozhkin.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the competitive advantages of the products manufactured by the Horizont Holding and their interest in cooperation with ALLWE in developing the presence of the plant's products in Africa and Latin America.
As a result of the meeting, it was agreed that ALLWE will start studying the demand for the Horizont Holding products in Latin America, Africa and neighboring countries.

ALLWE is the winner of the competition of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry
On June 10, 2021, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and laureates of the regional competition of the National Prize in the entrepreneurship "Golden Mercury" was held at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since 2002, the competition has been annually held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
For the fourth year in a row, ALLWE has won the Best Exporting Enterprise in the International Innovation Cooperation nomination. This unique award is recognition of our merits in promoting Russian high technologies to foreign markets, as well as confirmation of the relevance of the projects proposed by ALLWE to our foreign partners in many regions of the world.

Celebrating Africa Day in Russia
On May 27, 2021, ALLWE took part in the ceremonial meeting of the Russian Association for International Cooperation and the Association for Economic Cooperation with African Countries, timed to coincide with the celebration of Africa Day in the Russian Federation, which was held in the hall of the Cultural Center of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event included a cultural program, performances by African folklore dance groups and a concert of Russian folk songs with a quartet of accordionists, dances and a festive buffet table.
Among the participants were representatives of the Embassy of Tanzania, Mozambique and other African countries, the Association of the Society of African Countries, students, Russian businessmen and members of friendship societies with various countries.
ALLWE congratulated the participants on the Day of Africa in Russia and assured the participants of the event of its commitment to further strengthening strategic cooperation between Russia and the African continent in many areas on mutually beneficial terms. The parties exchanged views on the prospects for Russian-African projects, representatives of the Embassies of African countries and Russian associations were invited to visit the Company's office to discuss trade and economic cooperation.

Meeting with the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic
On May 12, 2021, a working meeting of the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation Hans Dannenberg Castellanos and the President of the company Mr. B. I. Skripnik took place at the ALLWE office. The negotiations were attended by the Embassy's Economic Counselor Nelson Ortega and the company's employees responsible for the direction.
The President congratulated His Excellency on his arrival in our country and assuming office, also wished him success in his work and expressed confidence in strengthening economic cooperation between our countries.
Mr. Dannenberg Castellanos said that one of his tasks as a representative of his country is to develop ties between our peoples by strengthening economic interaction between enterprises of both countries with an emphasis on strengthening the presence of Russian business in the Dominican market. In conditions of turbulence in the markets caused by the pandemic, Russian entrepreneurs have goods and services that will be in demand in the Dominican Republic.
The possibilities of the company to interact with private and public organizations in the Dominican Republic in the markets of tourism infrastructure, transport, airport maintenance and other areas of the economy were discussed.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the exchange of views, businesslike and pragmatic approach to solving economic issues. Interaction with the Embassy will continue in order to concretize the agreements reached.

Cooperation of ALLWE and Self-Regulatory Organizations Rosatom in the construction of a Nuclear Power Plant in Egypt
As part of work on the project for the construction of a Nuclear Power Plant in El-Dabaa, the Arab Republic of Egypt, on April 28, 2021, Company ALLWE held a meeting with the leadership of the Self-Regulatory Organizations of the Nuclear Industry, which unites the largest construction organizations of the Russian nuclear industry.
The meeting participants discussed issues of planning, organization, coordination, control, interaction of all Russian organizations with each other and the structures of Egypt in the project for the construction of the nuclear island of the first power units of the El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, as well as issues of international certification, regulatory and technical documentation, standardization, common for the Russian and the Egyptian sides.
The cooperation of highly qualified Russian organizations in the implementation of the project in Egypt makes it possible to implement professionally and efficiently all the expectations and requirements of the Egyptian side for the construction of the Nuclear Power Plant. -

Meeting with the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Guinea
On March 18, 2021, the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Guinea Mr. Mohamed Keita with a delegation visited the main office of Foreign Trade Company ALLWE to hold negotiations to expand cooperation with Russia on projects of transport infrastructure in Guinea.
At the meeting were discussed the following matters: current and perspective states of the bilateral cooperation development of a number of projects, such as the reconstruction of railways, the aircraft operations, upgrading the radar flight control tower systems, and export supplies of machine-building products of Russian industrial enterprises.
In the framework of a roadmap have been developed algorithms for interaction between working groups of the parties in the topics of financing and investing in joint projects with the participation of the largest Russian and African banks.
This meeting is the event of the complex program of cooperation development of the company and African countries, such as Angola, Egypt, Djibouti, Nigeria, Mozambique, South Africa.

Conference "Arctic: Solutions to Sustainable Development Problems"
On February 17, 2021 President of the Company B.I. Skripnik took part in an international conference "The Arctic: Solving Sustainable Development Problems". Leading scientists and experts, representatives of state authorities, international and national public organizations, administrations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and the business community took part in the discussion of topical issues. The organizers of the conference are the Free Economic Society of Russia (VEO Russia), the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences for the Study of the Arctic and Antarctic, the International Union of Economists (ITU) with the participation of the UN Information Center in Moscow.
It is extremely important for ALLWE to integrate into the strategy of foreign economic international activities of Russian enterprises and their partners abroad the prospects for the development of deposits of strategic metals, gold and diamonds (14% of world nickel production, 41% of palladium, 85% of Russian gas, development and production of mineral fertilizers), and development of the Northern Sea Transit Corridor.
Long-term cooperation with members of the Murmanshelf Association of Arctic Projects Contractors allows in practice to implement a number of promising areas of sustainable development.
