On December 19, 2018, representatives of the business community of the Federal Republic of Nigeria headed by the President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry Prince Adetokunbo Kayode, visited the main office of ALLWE to hold negotiations on extension of trade and economic relations between Russia and Nigeria.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of the development of bilateral economic relations. Representatives of ALLWE provided presentations of modern modular thermal power plants, water treatment plants and quick-mounting mobile camps. Representatives of Nigeria expressed their interest in these projects and suggested to commence preparatory work for their implementation. The parties also touched upon the topics of investments and financing of joint projects with the participation of the largest Russian and African banks.

Mr. Kayode thanked the President of the company for the warm welcome, expressed hope for an early start of joint work in the coming year and invited to take part in a meeting with representatives of a large group of Nigerian companies. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on establishment of strategic cooperation and the necessity of expansion of business relations between Russia and Nigeria in a number of areas.

On December 11, 2018, a meeting with the chairman of the Association of Vietnamese partners, Mr. Chan Quok Chung, was held in the office of ALLWE company.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current development of bilateral economic relations between Russia and Vietnam. They talked over the topics regarding significant increase in trade turnover between the two countries and the expansion of exports in the field of high-tech innovative products manufactured in Russia, which have competitive advantages over a number of Western countries.

Presentations of ALLWE innovative projects in the field of construction of pre-fabricated residential buildings and sewage treatment plants were rendered to Mr. Chan Quok Chung. As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to jointly promote Russian projects to Vietnam on mutually beneficial conditions for strengthening Russian-Vietnamese friendship and expanding trade and economic cooperation in a number of areas.

On December 10, 2018, a meeting with representatives of the Philippine fuel-export company RR Resources Pte. Lt., led by company president Ruben Reyes, was held at the ALLWE office.

During the meeting the parties discussed a project for the construction of tanks for petroleum products and related infrastructure in the Philippines, as well as the possibility of concluding contracts for the transportation of petroleum products, liquid gas and a complex of measures necessary for that. ALLWE representatives presented to the Philippine side the plans for various construction options, automated tank fire-safety systems and flaw detectors for in-line diagnostics of the oil pipeline infrastructure. The topics of creation of working groups for the development of technical task and the use of financing tools were also discussed.

Mr. Reyes expressed his interest in further cooperation and understanding of the preparation processes required for the implementation of a project of such level, and also thanked the President for the warm welcome. The parties came to an understanding regarding future plans and the need for the progressive development of relations.

As part of the company's foreign economic activity, ALLWE President B.I.Skripnik visited the “Healthcare-2018” exhibition with the aim to get acquainted with the latest Russian and international achievements and technologies in the field of medicine. One of the largest events in Russia annually gathers about 1000 participating companies from 36 countries of the world.

Meetings and negotiations with various Russian suppliers and manufacturers of medical equipment were held in order to provide foreign partners with high-tech medical equipment under the contracts with the countries of Latin America.

“Healthcare-2018” confirmed the tremendous interest and growing popularity of Russian medical equipment among foreign consumers.

On November 27, 2018, the official delegation of the Dominican Republic, headed by Foreign Minister Miguel Vargas, visited the office of ALLWE for a meeting with the company's management. The Minister was accompanied by the Charge d'affaires of the Foreign Policy Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic in Moscow, protocol officers of the Foreign Ministries of both countries and other members of the delegation.

The main subject of the meeting was the project of a railway construction from the southern coast of the country to the north up to the province of Santiago of the Dominican Republic. Construction is planned with involvement of ALLWE and other Russian industrial enterprises. The Dominican delegation was also presented with projects of construction of a complex of water treatment plants, a multifunctional cultural and sports center, supplies of the latest Russian helicopter ANSAT and equipment for the latest cost-effective technologies for light illumination of the infrastructure facilities, buildings and city streets (Smart City system).

The Minister has expressed his interest and understanding of the processes of preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects due to his previous position as Minister of Construction, as well as his willingness to assist in their promotion.

During the official visit to the Russian Federation the delegation of the Arab Republic of Egypt under the leadership of the CEO of the Egyptian National Authority for Remote Sensing & Space Sciences, Dr. Hussein El-Shafie, has visited the office of the ALLWE Company to meet with the President B.I.Skripnik. The delegation was also joined by Abdelhakim Gamal AbdelNasser and an engineer Amr Elbeltagi.

The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in different areas of the Company’s activities: aviation, metallurgy, railway, energetics, wastewater treatment, CNC sliding headstock machines.

The Egyptian side has expressed its commitment to the full-scale restoration of the former cooperation between Egypt and Russia, proclaimed that it sees this as a direct prospect for the growth of the economies of both countries, and invited to participate in the investment projects on mutually beneficial terms. For its part, the ALLWE assured the Egyptian partner of our intention to develop and expand cooperation in all areas regarding high-tech civilian products of Russian origin.

In honor of the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the President of Egypt and Hero of the USSR Gamal Abdel Nasser, the President of ALLWE Company B.I.Skripnik was awarded by Abdelhakim Gamal AbdelNasser with a commemorative medal as a sign of development of relations between the Russian Federation and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

President of ALLWE Mr. B.Skripnik participated in the Russia-Venezuela Business Forum, which took place on October 24, 2018 during a visit to Russia of the Governor of the State of Miranda of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hector Rodriguez.

Miranda, one of the most developed industrial states of the country, is very interested in expanding trade and economic relations with Russian Federation and involving Russian enterprises to the planned projects.

During the forum, the President of the company has discussed with representatives of the state the prospects of the supplies of the required sea fishing vessels and spare parts for them, the company's participation in modernizing the airport and equipment for the takeoff runways, as well as the supply of materials and equipment for the state's tourism infrastructure, including to construct hotels and to equip the facilities. Mr. B.Skripnik has confirmed the company's intention to join these projects using its investment opportunities and financial instruments. The head of the Free Economic Zone of the state Nelson Rodriguez assured that the process of registration for ALLWE in the region will be done as soon as possible.

According to the Order of the President of Russia on increasing the volume of non-raw exports by the Russian Federal Entities, B.I. Skripnik made an arrangement with representatives of Samara and Penza Regions Authorities on the regional enterprises involvement in Venezuelan projects with the help of ALLWE.

On October 11, 2018, in the office of the company ALLWE, bilateral negotiations were held between the Chairman of Indo-Russian Aviation Limited (IRAL), Mr. Ajai Agarwal, and the President of the company, Mr. B.Skripnik.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in civil aviation of domestic and foreign production, shipbuilding and ship repair, supply of refrigeration equipment, medical equipment and tools.

Further, the questions were raised on the bilateral involvement in new projects of the largest Indian corporation Hindistan Aeronautic Limited (HAL) in promising and innovative areas. Further steps were also outlined to expand the work with investment organizations of both countries, to participate on behalf of ALLWE in tender on exclusive conditions, and to introduce other projects.

Taking into account challenging situation in the international market, the parties came to the conclusion to expend the trade in new areas to diversify the business of both companies to develop Indian and Russian economies.

On October 10, 2018, at the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan, a meeting was held between the President of ALLWE, B.I. Skripnik and the Sudanese diplomatic mission staff.

During the conversations, issues of cooperation in civil aviation industry, priority projects in modernization of airfield equipment for light aviation and its infrastructure were discussed. The parties exchanged views on other important and significant projects of the investment attractiveness in current legislation.

For its part, the company received approval by the diplomatic mission, which expressed hope for mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas of investment projects. The main aviation catalogs of the company and introductory brochures about the main activities of ALLWE were handed over for discussion.

On October 9, 2018, the President B.I.Skripnik held a meeting with the Trade Representative of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Duong Hoang Minh, and the First Secretary of the Embassy, Mr. Trinh Xuan Hieu, at the main office of the Foreign Trade Company ALLWE.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current bilateral economic cooperation between Russia and Vietnam. They raised the issue of the increase of commodity turnover between the two countries and exports in Russian-made high-tech products, which have competitive advantages over China and European countries.

Trade Representative invited ALLWE to take part in a meeting with a delegation of businessmen from Vietnam, who plans to visit Russia in the near future. They also touched upon the development of new business areas in Vietnam, which have product demand and the need at this time. In turn, ALLWE assured the party of the inviolability of positions of the Russian Federation with respect to the friendly Socialist Republic of Vietnam and expressed its readiness to develop bilateral economic relations more intensively.

Development of the oil and gas market was vividly reflected in the exhibition of the 8th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum 2018 (SPIGF - 2018), which took place on October 2-5, 2018 at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center, St. Petersburg. This year, 16,500 trade visitors from 51 countries took part in the event.

As the most demanded and fast-growing industry, the Russian oil and gas industry constantly offers modern solutions and technologies for various sectors of the economy, both in Russia and abroad.

According to the project for export deliveries for a number of African countries, ALLWE had negotiations and is concluding an agreement with the largest Russian enterprise BORISFEN, which manufactures equipment for industrial gas turbines, designed for the electricity production with capacity of 2.5–20.0 mW. During the exhibition, an effective solution to the waste disposal problem in many countries of the world was proposed: the waste-processing energy complex with a gas turbine plant.

The forum resulted in reaching agreements with a number of the largest Russian manufacturers of oil, gas and energy equipment on the development and signing export contracts to supply of this equipment to African, Latin American and Southeast Asian countries.

On September 20, 2018, ALLWE received the delegation from the State Corporation "Emidict", Cuba. According to long-term cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment of the Republic of Cuba, the delegation of the company "Emidict", as a part of the Ministry, made a return visit to Moscow after meeting with the President of ALLWE B.I.Skripnik in Havana.

During the negotiations, the parties have discussed plans for 2019 collaboration and specific activities and programs in accordance investment projects in technology: the supply of equipment and spare parts for the new Center of Scientific and Technical Research, equipment for the Country's Seismic Protection System, the delivery measuring and metrological equipment, as well as equipment for meteorological services and the Institute of Meteorology of Cuba.

President of the State Corporation "Emidict" K.R. Diago has invited the President of ALLWE to visit Havana and to take part in the celebration of the 500th Anniversary of the Cuban capital.

On September 19, 2018 the President of ALLWE B.I. Skripnik took part in the celebration of the 197th Anniversary of Central American Independence Day. Invited guests include Ambassadorial Corps of Latin American countries, officials and numerous friends.

Guests of the event: diplomats, representatives of Authorities, businesspersons, congratulated the hosts of the festive reception, Ambassadors and representatives  Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Costa Rica.

The President of ALLWE noted the contribution of Central American Embassies to the development of political, trade and economic relations and wished successes and prosperity to the States for the benefit of their peoples.

The event was held on August 15, 2018 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister V.S. Osmakov.

The representative of the management of PAO "NOVATEK" V.N. Retivov spoke about the progress of the “Arctic LNG” project and the increase of involvement of Russian engineering companies in the project. The Union of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturer made proposal on increasing volume of involvement of domestic machinery enterprises in this project. In accordance with the Joint Statement of the State Corporation “ROSATOM” and PAO "NOVATEK", the creation of stand for testing cryogenic equipment was discussed.

Participation in such events contributes to the export potential allows providing the widest range of offers for the most exacting demand.

With the aim to develop trade cooperation with the Republic of Angola and to supply of the
latest building materials and technologies in the interests of Angola enterprises, the
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Joaquim Augusto de Lemos to review the construction project for quickly erectable housing.

On August 14, 2018, the Ambassador discussed the
possibilities of implementing the project on the territory of the country, examined the
expanded clay blocks of various configurations and had a look at ready-made buildings on
the streets of Moscow. The Ambassador noted the usefulness and necessity to develop
cooperation in construction industry, offered to assist in intensifying direct contacts with the
business structures of Angola and to undergo the accreditation procedure in the Ministry of
Construction.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the implementation of a pilot
project for the construction of several residential buildings in cooperation with Angola
enterprises and in the interests of the country, and in the following construction of expanded
clay blocks and expanded clay blocks plant, as well as the creation in the Republic of Angola as a necessary structure
consolidating the integration processes of the presence of high industrial technologies by
Russian industry enterprises in Angola.

JSC Helicopter Service Company (HSC), which is a part of the holding company Helicopters of Russia. On July 25, 2018, representatives of the organization: Director of After-Sales Service Department N.S. Bashkirova.

Being a representative of international structures such as the Helicopter International Association, the International Association of Aviation Suppliers, the European Organization of Aviation Suppliers, the Company supports the Russian aviation equipment being operated in many countries of the world.

The negotiations paid a lot of attention to the issue of increasing the efficiency and the scope of supplies of aviation and technical equipment using the entire product mix of the Helicopter Service Company, both from the shelf and in production.

In order to develop a concrete solution, the meeting participants touched upon deliveries of helicopter and aviation components of high importance, which require a special permit from the holding company Helicopters of Russia.

The partie agreed to continue working using the full potential of both companie to draft commercial offer in the interests of operating companies abroad.

In an effort to meet the highest requirements of its partner companies in Russia with large enterprise that have established themselve as manufacturer of modern high-quality equipment.

On July 25, 2018 with Production Director Silvio Giacometti and Export Manager Tatiana Galichenko of the Italian company CSC Concept, one of the largest manufacturers of dynamometric equipment in Europe.

The partie discussed the import of CSC Concept products in the interests of Russian enterprise. The guest spoke about the competitive advantages of the dynamometric tools they manufacture and confirmed interest in their acquisition by a number of Russian companies, such as PJSC Uralmashzavod, Kamaz Group of Companies, LLC Peugeot Citroen Mitsubishi Auto Rus and others.

Russia and to represent the products of the Italian company not only in the domestic market but also in the countries , in particular in Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Within the frame of the project for the supply of aviation equipment for Mi-8 helicopters and also with the purpose to discuss opportunities for cooperation in other business areas, the representatives of Progress Trading, spol. s.r.o. flew to Moscow from Slovakia on July 18, 2018.

With the intensification of economic cooperation and the increase in trade between Russia and the countries of Eastern Europe, need in Russian equipment, as well as provide the most attractive financial condition targeted to each partner specific business requirement.

The Slovak company has been working with Russian-made equipment for many years and knows its reliability and quality. That is why its Director Rastislav Nemcovsky to expand partnerships in the energy and machine-building industrie. Attention was focused on the discussion of projects in the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine, in particular, nuclear medicine.

As part of the strategy to expand foreign trade activities in Africa, of Angola in Russia on July 12, 2018 to meet with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Joaquim Augusto de Lemos and Minister-Counselor Gonalve Antonio Miguel.

Among a number of socially significant projects they considered, the most urgent for the economy of Angola and activation of cooperation between the enterprises of the two countries were proposal for the construction of prefabricated buildings based on modern inexpensive technologies, mobile hospitals and waste water treatment for reuse.

With the aim of speeding up the beginning of official supplies in the interests of Angola, the representative of the Embassy expressed their readiness to assist in processing the accreditation of the Company with government structure, ministrie and department of the country.  

Carrying out the task of developing commodity markets in Southeast Asia the Company presented more than 10 innovative project for a number of industries in the Philippine. As part of the ongoing work on the supply of machinery, equipment and means of transportation to the Philippine, on June 29, the Company hosted Jeffrey Valdez, the Head of the Economic Department of the Embassy of the Philippines in Moscow.

In order to intensify direct ties between our Company and business structures, the parties discussed various form of cooperation, including the possibility of supplying Russian helicopters. One of the fundamental drivers of trade and economic cooperation is development in the field of energy, supplie of oil and gas equipment, agriculture investment project. Business interactions within the frame of Russia-ASEAN relations are especially important for the Company, as it consolidate a number of countrie using the best achievement of the Russian high-tech industry.

June 27, 2018 in the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt,  Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation Mr. Ihab Nasr. The First Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Osman Magdy also attended the meeting.

In the course of the talks, the parties discussed priority project in the field of energy, supplie of oil and gas equipment, integrated innovative water treatment systems, desalination of seawater, radiation sterilization of agricultural products and other important project as well as their investment attractivenes.

For its part, the Company received an invitation to participate in a mega project for the construction of an energy hub in the country ensuring supply of oil, gas and electricity not only to Egypt but also to the neighboring countrie.

In order to expand the geography of presence in the Latin America region and further develop international economic cooperation, the Working Group of the Russian-Uruguayan Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, which was held on June 21, 2018 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

At present, in the context of increasing trade flow between the countries and strengthening foreign policy cooperation, the Uruguayan side views Russia as a strategic foreign trade partner with the use of private business opportunitie.

As part of negotiations with the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, ALLWE presented its available resources for the implementation of high-tech projects in the field of energy, medical, engineering, aviation and oil and gas industrie. Particular attention was focused on discussing projects for the construction of water treatment and water desalination plants in Latin America.

On June 20, 2018, the top managers and INBANK signed the Agreement on a revolving credit line.

Confirming well-known reputation in the professional circles, the Bank made a prompt decision to open a credit line, which allows developing successful foreign trade activities on a wide range of export supplies of high-tech equipment to many countries of the world.

On June 18, 2018, negotiations were held at the Company office with trade representatives of the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia - Markos Geta Alito, Minister Counselor I, and Bellete Sisay Aragaw, Economic Expert. 

In the course of discussion of bilateral trade and economic relations, among all proposed projects the guests showed particular interest in quickly erectable housing made of prefabricated block of lightweight expanded clay aggregate  and construction of water treatment facilities.

The Ethiopian trade representative focused special attention in socially significant programs and setting up new enterprise on the territory of the country with the aim of import substitution.

On June 9, 2018,  ROSEKIMBANK met to sign an agreement on the opening of a credit line for the Company's projects in Latin America, the Middle East.

The signed agreement and the work with one of the leading bank, specifically aimed to stimulate export of Russian product, allows the Company to open new opportunities for its partner, offer the most favorable financial terms and expand prospect for cooperation.

On June 05, 2018, the Ambassador of the Plurinational State of Bolivia Hugo Villarroel Senzano. The newly appointed Ambassador showed interest in negotiations with one of Russia leading companies supplying non-primary products to Latin America.

The partie discussed development of bilateral foreign trade relation, project that had already been started by the Company as well as a range of investment opportunities in socially significant area.

Particular interest was focused on the Company's participation in tenders for the construction of water treatment plant in a number of region of Bolivia, such as Potosi and Tarija, for which the Company is currently undergoing state registration procedure in the relevant department and ministries.

On June 4, 2018 met with the management of Inbank - Chairman of the Board S.Yu. Yudintsev and Director of the Department M.A. Frolov.

By combining the best traditions of a classic bank with modern technologies, Inbank preserves the main values and reliability of finance in a dynamically developing modern world.

In a relatively short time, the bank has made a decision to open a credit line for financing Cuban, Transworld and other foreign trade partners’ contracts. 

HeliRussia 2018, which was held in Moscow on May 24-26. 246 companies participated in the exhibition this year including 49 foreign exhibitors from 19 countries.

On the sideline of the exhibition representatives held negotiations with foreign companies and reached agreement on repair contracts, obtained orders for the supply of helicopter and ground equipment, spare and components. We also agreed on a wider range of lines of cooperation with our permanent Russian partner: Russian Aviation House, Russian Helicopters and United Engine Corporation.

In addition to the meetings on the exhibition grounds, our partners from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Iran, and South Korea visited the Company’s office where agreed on a number of key issues relating to already signed and future contracts.

As part of the expansion of trade and economic cooperation with East African countries,  participated in the Presentation of Ethiopian Economic and Investment Potential, which took place on May 21, 2018 in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The Ethiopian Ambassador to Russia Grum Abay Teshome stated the need for closer interaction between the business circles of Russia and Ethiopia, as well as the willingne of the Embassy to provide all possible support and assistance in this matter.

One of the priority tasks the company faces is the development of international economic cooperation with the countries of East Africa. Currently, negotiation are underway to open a company representative office in the region, which will have a qualitative impact on the development of busines relations and implementation of future projects.

The Ñompany’s representative office has been operating in the region for many years allowing quick and high-quality implementation of joint projects.

In support of business relations with the Trade Mission of Chile in Russia, another meeting was held with Minister Plenipotentiary Jose Campusano Alarcon on 16 May 2018.

Knowing supplier of high-tech products to Chile, the representative of the Trade Mission expressed interest in discusing project related to a wide range of industrie: energy, pharmaceutical and agriculture, which could be useful for the country.

As part of the strengthening of Russian-Chilean cooperation, the Minister expresed his readines to continue to asist in the development of trade relations and private enterprise and government institution of Chile.

14 May 2018, a meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission for Trade and Economic Cooperation between Russia and Ecuador was held in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The meeting noted that Russia is interested in increasing technological exports to Ecuador and one of the tool to improve export opportunitie is enhancement of cooperation using resource offered by major financial institution and foreign trade companie.

In the course of negotiations with the representatives of the Embasy and Trade Mision of Ecuador in Russia, Director of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Ecuador Ms. Andrea Cacere discused high-tech projects in Latin American countrie and the Company participation in the current program of Ecuador planned at the government level.

This is the first international air show in the history of Turkey, which took place from 25 through 29 August 2018.

In the course of meeting and negotiation held at the event, a number of cooperation agreement have been reached on a wide range of busines areas, including aircraft repair and overhaul, supply of aviation parts and components, airfield equipment, equipment for aircraft of western production currently in operation in Russia.

Particular attention should be paid to signing contracts with partners in the region totaling over 6 million USD. Turkih companies showed a strong interest in cooperation on energy, complete airport security solution, water treatment facilities and other activity areas. Following its participation in the air show, consider proposal made by its Turkish partners to set up a regional representative office as a necessary structure consolidating the integration processe of the presence of high industrial technologie offered by Russian enterprises not only in Turkey but also in the region as a whole.

To this end, on April 18, 2018, the Company's representatives took part in a joint meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Union of Oil and Gas Equipment Manufacturer.

As it was pointed out during the event, one of the priority task at the government level is improving the mechanism for stimulating and supporting the export of Russian manufacturer product.

The business activities carried project being implemented contribute to an increase in the share of Russian exports of technology intensive products to the world market and development of global engagement strategies.

On April 11, 2018, another meeting was held with Chief Executive Officer of IRAL Company A. Agarwal, one of our partners in India.

The meeting participants discused development of cooperation not only in supply of aviation component and equipment but also joint work in the field of energy, medical equipment, as well as a wide range of other opportunities within the Company statutory activitie.

The agreement reached at the meeting help to reveal the growing demand for Rusian-made equipment, which had proved its competitivenes, reliability and increasing demand in the world market.

When offering to its partners Russian-made products, available financing options. In order to increase the investment attractiveness of contracts for our partners, the Company develops cooperation with the largest Russian and international banks.

Within the framework of long-term cooperation and development of partnership relations with VTB Bank , a regular meeting was held on 5 April 2018 with the management of the central office of the Bank. During the meeting, the parties discussed terms and conditions of further joint activities as well as the Bank's participation in extending credits and financing individual agreements with foreign partners.

In order to ensure further expansion of international trade cooperation, on April 5, 2018 with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of El Salvador to the Russian Federation Efren Arnoldo Bernal.

The parties exchanged views on the wide range of issue of mutually beneficial cooperation. They discussed in the implementation of social projects, supplies of machinery and equipment for variou industrial sectors of the Republic of El Salvador.

This meeting is an additional incentive in strengthening economic ties between the two countrie and expanding the area of bilateral cooperation between Russia and El Salvador.

On February 27, 2018, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Board of Mazen Hammour International Group Mr. M. Hammour, Syrian Arab Republic.

During the negotiations, the Syrian representative touched upon the possible strategic cooperation and partnership in various areas of the Company's activitie, including, among others, aviation, airfield equipment, railway transport, construction, water treatment facilitie, power equipment, marine transport, medical devices and equipment for oil fields.

The Syrian party expresed interest in setting up friendly relations on mutually beneficial busines cooperation and confirmed it by signing the Memorandum of Cooperation and giving consent to working out an effectiv strategy for joint effort on the Syrian market.

The event, which took place on February 26, 2018 in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, involved more than two hundred Russian and more than hundred Syrian businessperson, representative of the executive and legislative authoritie, diplomatic official and journalists.

The Syrian representatives speaking about restoration of the country’s economy noted that they give priority to cooperation with Russia and direct trade ties between commercial structures of both countries is of great importance in increasing the two-way goods flow.
