• 04 junio Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia 2026
    ALLWE visited the 19th International Helicopter Industry and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Exhibition HeliRussia 2026 on June 4, 2026. The exhibition was held on June 4-5 at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Moscow. This year, the exhibition presents the latest developments of more than 60 companies from Russia and China.

    For the first time, a new Russian unmanned helicopter, the B-200, was demonstrated at HeliRussia, designed to deliver cargo to hard-to-reach (mountainous, northern) areas. One of the central exhibits is the AP–55 light multipurpose helicopter. The five-seat aircraft with a coaxial rotor design is focused on rescue operations, hiking routes and pilot training.

    The HeliRussia exhibition is steadily transforming from a showcase of the achievements of the helicopter industry into a strategic platform focused on practical solutions for the helicopter industry, becoming an instrument for implementing government priorities that contribute to the development of the technological and export potential of the Russian Federation.

  • 01 junio Meeting of the Russian-Venezuelan Business Council
    On June 01, 2026, B.I. Skripnik, President of the company ALLWE, took part in an expanded meeting of the Russian-Venezuelan Business Council to discuss the state and prospects of development and business cooperation between Russia and Venezuela, as well as the Business Council's activity plan for 2026 and 2027.

    Welcoming remarks were made by Jesus Rafael SALAZAR VELASQUEZ, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, V.I. Padalko, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, S.S. Goreslavsky, Chairman of the Council, Adviser to the President and Chairman of the Management Board of Eurofinance Mosnarbank, A.G. Khvostikov, President and Chairman of the Management Board of Eurofinance Mosnarbank, and other participants and members of the Business Council.

    Special attention was paid to assessing the current geopolitical situation in Venezuela. In his speech, Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary V.I. Morozov proposed algorithms for the consistent and thoughtful return of Russian companies to the Venezuelan market.

  • 19 MARZO Meeting with a delegation of aviation company from China
    On March 19th, president B.I. Skripnik met at the office of Foreign Trade Company ALLWE with a delegation from a leading Chinese supplier of aviation equipment. During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral trade.

    Chines representatives reiterated their interest in purchasing Russian-made aviation equipment and aviation oil, and also offered ALLWE their capabilities in the field of import of AeroShell lubricants and Garmin products. The parties drew their attention to great opportunities for the implementation of this type of cooperation.

    During negotiations, representatives of both companies discussed the potential for implementation of joint projects in the field of aviation. In particular, ALLWE and the Chinese company discussed the prospect of organizing Lycoming engine repairs in Russia. In addition, the Chinese company will prepare for ALLWE an offer list of spare parts for foreign-made aircrafts and helicopters.

    The participants agreed during talks to assist each other in promoting various product lines to the markets of Russia, China and other countries. In this regard, ALLWE offered Chinese partner its vast opportunities to export high-quality equipment used in the oil and gas industry and the energy sector.

  • 12 MARZO Negotiations with a representative of a big company from Turkey
    On March 12 ALLWE’s president B.I. Skripnik welcomed a representative of a large Turkish company at the office of the Russian foreign trade company. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation in the field of repair and export of aviation equipment for government agencies of the Republic of Turkey.

    B.I. Skripnik pointed to ALLWE's big experience and reliability in implementing numerous initiatives in this area, and the Turkish representative emphasized his company's desire and striving for taking an advantage of this expertise to conduct the maintenance of Russian-made helicopters used in Turkey.

    In addition to cooperation, the parties discussed ALLWE's capabilities in the export of equipment and materials used in related fields, including fire protection systems and transportable medical modules, as well as a number of promising projects, issues related to shortening of delivery terms, payment implementation and logistical support of deals by ALLWE. In the near future, both companies plan to enter in the stage of signing a major foreign trade contract.

  • 26 febrero Celebration of the 182nd anniversary of the independence of the Dominican Republic in Moscow
    On February 26th, ALLWE’s representatives participated at the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation Alejandro Arias Zarzuela in a diplomatic reception organized on the occasion of the celebration of the 182nd anniversary of the independence of the Dominican Republic.

    This important event brought together a large number of Ambassadors and diplomats from Latin America and Africa, representatives of government agencies, public organizations and businesses in Russia.

    The ceremony began with welcoming remarks by the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic Alejandro Arias Zarzuela and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov, who noted the importance of this day as a symbol of the struggle of the Dominican people for their freedom and sovereignty.

    During a personal conversation, ALLWE’s representatives thanked Ambassador for the invitation to the reception and confirmed the interest of the Russian Foreign Trade Company in developing ties with companies from the Dominican Republic for the benefit of strengthening trade and economic relations between two countries.

    In turn, the Ambassadors and counsellors on trade of Mexico, Venezuela, Uruguay and Angola who also attended the reception expressed their willingness to assist ALLWE in establishing communication channels with interested companies in their countries that could contribute to further growth in trade turnover.

  • 14 enero The meeting with ministerial delegation from Namibia in Moscow
    On January 14th , representatives of Russian Foreign Trade company ALLWE participated at the invitation of the All-Russia Public Organization Business Russia in a meeting with a delegation from Namibia headed by the Minister of International Relations and Trade, Selma Ashipala-Musavyi.

    ALLWE invited Ashipala-Musavyi and members of the Namibian delegation to visit the office of the Russian Foreign Trade Company, and also presented its trading capabilities to the new Ambassador of Namibia to Russia, Monica N. Nashandi, during a brief conversation that took place on the sidelines of the event. The parties agreed to continue their contacts to organize a business meeting with ALLWE’s president B.I. Skripnik in order to strengthen trade and economic ties between two countries.

    During this meeting, the Namibian diplomats showed representatives of Russian business a presentation of the opportunities and advantages of investing in the economy of the African country, its key features and prospects for building-up trade relations. In turn, Russian companies offered their technologies and services for their further promotion in the Namibian market.

    According to the Intergovernmental Russian-Namibian Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation bilateral trade turnover reached 17,3 million US dollars in January - October 2025. Although these are not very big numbers for both Russia and Namibia, but they fully reflect the potential for increasing bilateral contacts in different economic areas.
