• 24 diciembre Negotiations with a representative of the UAE Company
    On December 24, 2020 in the ALLWE company office the President of the company B. I. Skripnik held negotiations with the representative of Advanced Aviation Technology FZE UAE, Mr. Raj Abdulayev.

    During the meeting the parties discussed various areas of the companies' activities, including cooperation in the field of civil aviation, energy, construction of civil infrastructure facilities, financial terms of orders and terms of their delivery. Particular attention was paid to socially significant projects for the construction of treatment facilities and water desalination. The parties exchanged views on promising projects within the existing commercial interests of enterprises.

    As a result of the negotiations, it was decided to send current requests to ALLWE and to develop cooperation in various fields of industry in the Middle East.

  • 02 diciembre Visit of the President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry to ALLWE
    On December 2, 2020 ALLWE was visited by the President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry V.M. Platonov and Vice-President of the MCCI S.O. Vardanyan.

    As part of promoting entrepreneurial activities, MCCI develops and implements various solutions for the business community development, its interaction with Government Authorities, and enhance business export opportunities of organizations located in Moscow.

    During the meeting, President of ALLWE B.I. Skripnik spoke about the company history and its 30-year experience in exporting Russian products. The parties discussed the need to optimize export regulations and requirements in certain industries.

    V.M. Platonov informed about the measures taken by the Chamber to promote the interests of enterprises, in particular, on the opening of the electronic International platform "Business Market", where various enterprises, including foreign ones, can find interesting projects, proposals, suppliers and partners for their business.

  • 06 noviembre Visit of the Sudan Defense Industries System representatives
    On November 6, 2020, a delegation from the Sudanese Defense Industry Corporation visited ALLWE as part of a working visit. The meeting was attended by the director of the Moscow office of the Ñorporation H.M. Eljack, Deputy Director Elrasheed A.A. Omar and Abdelrahman A. from the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan.

    The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in a number of areas of the company's activities: energy, shipbuilding, railways, industrial equipment with numerical control.

    After the political turmoil of recent years, the Sudanese side expressed its readiness to restart trade and economic cooperation between Sudan and Russia and looks forward to further cooperation for the growth of the economies of both countries, and invited to join to investment projects on mutually beneficial terms. For its part, ALLWE has assured Sudanese partners of its intention to develop and expand cooperation in all areas of high-tech Russian civilian products.

  • 28 septiembre Meeting with the Ambassador of the Dominican Republic
    On September 28, 2020, at the ALLWE office, a meeting was held between the President of the Company B.I.Skripnik and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation, Mr. Jose Manuel Castillo Betanses, who is soon completing his diplomatic mission in our country.

    In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the results of the productive cooperation of ALLWE with the Embassy of the Dominican Republic for all the years of Mr. Ambassador's stay in Russia were discussed and summed up. There are also plans to continue the Company's cooperation with Dominican enterprises, the possible participation of ALLWE in future infrastructure and energy projects that are being discussed in the Government of the Republic and to enter the market of this Caribbean country with high-tech industrial products of Russian production.



  • 15 septiembre XIIIth Assembly of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
    On September 15, 2020, the XIIIth Assembly of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was held in Moscow. The President of ALLWE B.I. Skripnik took part in the Assembly.

    One of the main topics on the agenda of the Assembly was the issue of priority areas for the Congress further activities, as well as much attention was paid to the issue of optimization and development of interaction between national business communities and entrepreneurs of the countries of the ICIE structure. The unification of industrial unions of different countries by a single economic space within the ICIE creates favorable conditions for expanding international relations and increasing the industrial potential of the regions of the Congress members.

    The International Congress, together with its member organizations, consolidates the efforts of public associations and contributes to an increase in the economic activity of enterprises, including helping to improve the system of non-resource exports.

    Fulfilling the high requirements of foreign partners, ALLWE uses the capabilities of the Congress and other international organizations to expand export supplies of Russian equipment to various regions of the world.



  • 03 septiembre Meeting with representatives of Mechel-Steel Management Company
    On September 3, 2020, the management of the company met with representatives of Mechel-Steel Management Company LLC at the ALLWE office.

    During the meeting, the parties touched upon the issues of participation in the implementation of a long-term Russian-Cuban project for the construction of railways in the Republic of Cuba. Mechel-Steel representatives expressed their interest in cooperation with ALLWE and in developing the presence of Mechel products in Vietnam, Africa and Latin America. The parties discussed the competitive advantages of the products manufactured at the new universal rail and structural mill of the plant.

    Following the meeting, we agreed to promote products to the countries of Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia.

  • 25 agosto Meeting with Chairman of the Vietnamese Association of Partners
    On August 25, 2020, in the office of company ALLWE was held meeting with the Chairman of the Vietnamese Association of Partners, Academician of MANEB Mr. Tran Quoc Trung. The negotiations were attended by President of Foreign Trade Company ALLWE Skripnik Bogdan, Chairman of the Association Q. T. Trung with his wife and the head of the Foreign Trade of the Department of Foreign Relationship Pozdnyakov A.V.

    During the meeting, the parties touched upon the current development of bilateral economic relations between Russia and Vietnam in various directions of industry and agriculture, a significant increase in export supplies of innovative high-tech products of Russian production to Vietnam, which has no analogues in Western countries. They discussed topics related to overcoming the crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the problem of solid waste processing and the possibility of solving it.

    The parties agreed to optimize approaches to building not only bilateral relations, but also to expand the presence of the Russian-Vietnamese partnership in the region of the ASEAN countries through the formation of appropriate structures within ALLWE within the framework of the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. Following the meeting, we agreed to promote Russian projects to Vietnam on mutually beneficial terms to strengthen Russian-Vietnamese friendship and increase trade in South-East Asia.

  • 04 agosto Collaboration between ALLWE and Ludinovokabel
    On August 04, 2020, the Director General of the Russian Cable Plant "Lyudinovokabel" S.V. Zinukov visited the office of ALLWE to hold business negotiations with President B.I. Skripnik.

    During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of developing bilateral relations, export opportunities of ALLWE, bringing the plant's products to markets of the Middle East, Southeast Africa and Latin America. Cooperation prospects including Lyudinovokabel participation in the ALLWE’s projects were considered.

    The parties agreed to continue working with the full potential of both companies to develop commercial proposals to meet our partners’ interests abroad.
  • 28 julio ALLWE has been announced the winner of the Golden Mercury competition
    On July 28, 2020, an online Ceremony of awarding the winners of the National Competition "Golden Mercury" was held. Since 2004, the Golden Mercury National Award for Entrepreneurship has been held annually by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation with the support of the State Duma and the Federation Council.

    For the third consecutive year, ALLWE wins the Moscow stage of the competition in the nomination "The best exporting company in international innovation cooperation."     According to the results of work for 2019, ALLWE reached the final of the federal stage of the competition and became a laureate as the best exporter of the year in Russia.

  • 23 MARZO Senator I.N. Morozov visited ALLWE office
    On March 23, 2020, ALLWE office was visited by Mr. I.N. Morozov, Member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science, Culture and Education and by Head of the Russian-African Fund for the Support of Science, Culture and Business Cooperation Mr. S.V. Mezentsev.

    During the negotiations, they discussed the current economic situation in Russia, in African countries and in the world as a whole. They exchanged opinions on the impact of the Coronovirus Pandemic on the economies of different countries, the logistics of the spread of the disease, and the reasons for such logistics.

    Mr. Morozov noted that the Government of the Russian Federation is making efforts to create a state structure that will focus on analytics and the development of a coordinated international policy of the country and a strategy for the development of political and economic cooperation with all areas of the world. Mr. Morozov emphasized the importance for the State to develop and optimize a non-resource export system and create effective business processes for providing comprehensive services to export-oriented companies.


  • 11 MARZO Meeting with representatives of South Africa and the Russian-African Fund
    March 11, 2020 President of ALLWE Mr. B.I. Skrypnik hosted at the office of the company Head of Executive Research Associates (ERA), South Africa, Mr. David Robbetze and Representatives of the Russian-African Fund for the Support of Science, Culture and Business Cooperation, represented by Head Mr. S.V. Mezentsev, Director Ms. O.V. Morozova and Plenipotentiary Representative Mr. P.G. Tsarev.

    During the negotiations there were discussed the most relevant projects for such African countries as Nigeria, Ethiopia, Mozambique where the Fund is most active in developing economic cooperation with Russia.

    At the meeting, the parties reached an understanding of the areas of cooperation and agreed to create together with the South African company ERA and the Russian-African Fund an information and launching platform for interesting projects in Africa, as well as to exchange in the near future the concept and plans on further actions to create a team to study and consider projects next to implementation.

  • 26 febrero Meeting with representative of corporation T&T Group and representative of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
    On February 26, 2020 in the Company ALLWE building meeting was held meeting with Mr. Nguyen Viet, Director of the Russian representative office of the international Vietnamese corporation T&T Group, and Mr. Duong Thanh Hao, representative of the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the Russian Federation.

    During the meeting, the parties discussed current development of bilateral economic relations between Russia and Vietnam. The parties touched on topics related to a significant increase in trade in the field of high-tech innovative products of Russian manufacturing, which have competitive advantages over several Western countries.

    The Vietnamese side touched upon the issue of cooperation and partnership in various areas of the Company’s activities: wastewater treatment plants, equipment for the electric power industry, nuclear medicine equipment, equipment for oil fields, integrated innovative water treatment systems, fruit and vegetable processing lines, a radiation sterilization project for agricultural products, and also other important and significant projects.

    Much attention was paid to the issue of joint work in projects that are important for the development of Russian-Vietnamese friendship and trade and economic relations.

    Following the meeting, the Vietnamese side agreed to send a list of items in order to prepare ALLWE proposals for areas of cooperation of interest to Vietnam.

  • 21 enero Nigerian delegation visits ALLWE office
    As part of determining the Russian coordinating company for the initial phase of the project to modernize the metallurgical plant in Ajaokuta, a delegation from Nigeria, headed by the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Russian Federation, prof. S.D. Agba visited the ALLWE office on January 21, 2020 with the goal of conducting 3-way negotiations with the management of ALLWE and Industrial Engineering.

    The delegation of Nigeria also included Engr. Olajide Akinyede, “Regal Cyrus International”; Mike Nwachukwu, “Ahmin Technology & Power Systems Ltd.”; Olukola Osunbunmi, “Digital Geoscience Exploration and Consulting Ltd.” From the side of Industrial Engineering participated in the negotiations: Director General V.N. Velichko, Industrial Director D.V. Semennikov, Technical Director V.G. Banachenkov. ALLWE was represented by President B.I. Skrypnik, project manager for the Middle East and African countries A.V. Potyanka, consultant S.V. Dels.

    During the negotiations, the issue of preparing tender documents for the selection of a Russian company that should complete the turnkey work and start the plant, and then oversee the implementation of the company’s obligations, was discussed. Correspondence rules for the participation of Industrial Engineering in the Ajaokuta project as a Consultant were outlined.

    The following topics proposed by the Nigerian side were also discussed during the meeting:
    • construction of a dry dock on the Snake Island, Lagos;
    • oil and gas exploration in Sierra Leone;
    • construction of 10 gas processing plants for drying fossil gas in Nigeria;
    • construction of an ethanol plant.

    As a result of the negotiations, the parties developed the procedural regulations for the initial stage of the plant reconstruction project, in particular, sending the necessary documents to the Ministry of Metallurgy and Mining of Nigeria with the help of the Embassy of Nigeria in Russia.
